Plans and billing
How does Jawla charge?
Two lines: a monthly plan for the platform, and a fee on bookings made through Jawla. The plan is billed monthly or yearly; the booking fee is deducted per booking and itemised on every weekly settlement. Nothing else.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from the portal. Upgrades apply the same day, pro-rated. Downgrades and cancellations apply at your next billing date. No call, no notice period.
What counts as a location?
A place with its own courts, hours and management, whether you call it a venue, a branch or an academy site. One partner account covers one commercial registration and payout account across all its locations.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. Self-serve onboarding is included on every plan. Growth adds a guided walkthrough and Enterprise includes a managed migration from your current system, both at no extra charge.
Fees and payouts
Which bookings carry the booking fee?
Bookings, open-match seats, tournament entries and academy enrollments paid through the Jawla app. Walk-in and phone bookings you add yourself in the portal carry no fee.
When and how am I paid?
Weekly, to the bank account on your partner account. Each settlement lists every booking, the fee per booking, any refunds as reversals, and comes with a ZATCA-compliant e-invoice.
Who pays card processing costs?
Gateway fees are passed through at cost and shown as their own line on the settlement, separate from Jawla's booking fee, so you can see both.
Do coaches pay?
Independent coaches have a free profile and pay a fee on sessions sold through Jawla. Coaches working inside a venue or academy team are covered by that partner's plan.
Founding 25
What does Founding 25 include?
A full Enterprise account with no monthly fee for twelve months, for the first 25 venues, academies and coaches in the Kingdom, with onboarding within 24 hours of applying. The booking fee still applies. After twelve months you choose the plan that fits and pay its normal price, or leave. No lock-in.
Is there a catch?
One ask: you give us feedback. Founding partners get a direct line to the team and shape the roadmap, and in return we ask for honest input as we build. That's the deal.
What happens after the year?
You pick whichever plan fits your size, Starter, Growth or Enterprise, at the normal price. Nothing changes automatically without you choosing it.
What happens if I leave before the year is up?
You just leave. There's no penalty and nothing to pay back; the free months you used stay free.
