What exactly do the Founding 25 get?+

Zero monthly fee for 12 months on any plan, a commission cap of 4.99% locked for as long as you're on Jawla, weekly payouts, and a founding badge in the app. It's limited to the first 25 venues to join across Saudi Arabia.

How and when do I get paid?+

Every Monday, your week's earnings are transferred directly to your bank account, with a full statement of every booking and the commission taken.

What does 'unlimited' actually cover?+

Bookings, team users and players are unlimited on every plan — we never charge per booking volume or per seat. Club and Chain also add unlimited courts, tournaments and leagues.

Is the app really free for players?+

Yes. Players download Jawla on iOS or Android for free and only pay for the courts they book. Subscriptions are for venues only.

How does the Jawla Rating work?+

Everyone starts at 1,000. Each match result moves your rating based on who you beat — so matches stay balanced and worth playing. New players are placed after three matches.
